Founded by James M. Poindexter, Jr. MD, FACS in 1989, Georgia Vascular Specialists, PC is dedicated to providing you with excellent, state-of-the art, compassionate vascular care. We are here to serve your needs and to improve your health through a comprehensive multi-level team approach to vascular medicine and surgical care.
Our services include modern, minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of arterial, venous and lymphatic conditions.
We are experts in traditional vascular surgery as well, and offer comprehensive care including an on-site, fully accredited diagnostic vascular ultrasound laboratory, a comprehensive ambulatory wound care service, state-of-the-art treatments for venous disorders and in-patient care at two of Atlanta's most respected hospitals, Piedmont Hospital and Atlanta Medical Center.
