Dr. Marshall E. Lutske
Marshall Eli Lutske, MD, RPVI received his BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California San Diego in 2005. He also received his MS in Molecular Biology in 2006 from the same institution. Dr. Lutske received his Doctor of Medicine from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel in 2010. After medical school, he went on to complete his residency at The University of Buffalo at SUNY Buffalo General. As a vascular and endovascular surgeon, he specializes in endovascular aneurysm repair, open arterial revascularization including endarterectomy, remote endarterectomy, and hybrid procedures. His RPVI credentials certifies him as a reader of vascular lab testing results.
Dr. Lutske has co-written several publications including work for the Surgery Journal, one of the most cited journals in the field. He was also awarded the Worthington B. Schenk Resident Teacher of the Year Award in 2011 and the Arnold P. Gold Human Foundation and Excellence in Teaching Award in 2013, both awards centered around integrity, compassion, and dedication to teaching and patient care.
Born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California, Dr. Lutske planted new roots in Atlanta when he joined the staff of GVS in 2017. He has quickly become a favorite amongst our patients and a welcomed addition as his strong desire to provide exceptional patient care and a compassionate experience is a true jewel. Dr. Lutske serves as the Associate Medical Director of the Vascular Lab at Georgia Vascular Specialists, PC.
